Chocolate fondant with candied orange

- 7 oz dark chocolate
- 7 oz unsalted butter
- 6 eggs
- 5 oz flour
- 9 oz sugar
- 1 oz candied orange
Preheat the oven to 180°C (338°F)
In a saucepan, melt the butter and chocolate on low heat
Mix the eggs with the sugar in a bowl, then add the flour.
Add the chocolate mix.
Grease and flour the mini casserole dishes then divide the preparation into each of them, ¾ of the way up.
Add the diced candied orange.
Bake for 9 to 10 minutes.
Tip: You can replace the candied orange with a square of white chocolate. Simply add it on the middle of your preparation before it goes in the oven.
