Crispy goat's cheese and fig nests

Cooking time: 15 min
- 4 filo pastry sheets
- 14 oz fresh goat's cheese
- 4 oz chopped preserved lemon
- 4 fresh or frozen figs
- 7 oz walnuts
- 1 oz melted butter
- 1 tsp. honey
In a bowl, combine the goat's cheese, preserved lemon, honey and season.
Brush the filo pastry sheets with melted butter and place them inside mini Dutch ovens.
Divide the cheese mix inside the nests and add the quartered figs and walnuts.
Preheat the oven to 390°F
Cook for 15 min and serve with a salad.
Tip: You can replace the figs with chorizo or ham!
