Ovenless moist pan-baked cookie

Cooking time: 40 min
- 5/8 cup flour
- 3 ½ tbsp honey
- 2 tsp yeast
- 1 egg
- 1/3 cup 1 tbsp butter
- ¼ cup crushed walnuts
- 2/3 cup crushed dark and white chocolate
Heat butter in the frying pan to 1/3 of the maximum power of your stove.
Stir to melt the butter and remove from heat.
Add the egg and honey, stir.
Add flour and yeast mixture, then return to the stovetop at 1/3 of maximum heat.
Cook on low heat for 10 minutes without a lid, then sprinkle walnuts and chocolate over the cookie.
Put a lid on the pan and cook for 15 additional minutes.
Remove from heat and leave the pan covered for an additional 15 minutes to cool and finish baking.
