- 1 sweet shortcrust pastry dough
- 1 lb fresh plums
- 3 tbsp ground almonds
- 3 tbsp brown sugar
Preheat the oven to 350°F.
Place the pie crust dough in the pan.
Sprinkle the dough with ground almond.
Cut and remove the pits from the plums and place them in the pan in tightly overlapping concentric circles, cut side up.
Sprinkle with brown sugar and bake for 30 minutes.
