Chicken, blood orange and honey stir fry

  • 2 lb chicken drumsticks
  • 4 fl oz soy sauce
  • 4 fl oz blood orange juice
  • 71 oz honey
  • 35 oz minced ginger
  • 1 blood orange



In a bowl, combine the soy sauce, orange juice, honey, ginger and marinate the chicken in this mixture for 30 min.

Heat the wok to 2/3 of the maximum power of your stove and test the heat using the 'water drop' technique.

Drain the chicken and brown it in the wok, then pour in the marinade and add 3.4 oz water.

Cover and cook over medium heat for 15 min, stirring regularly.

Segment the orange and add the segments to the chicken.
