Chicken Ramen

Chicken Ramen

Cooking time: 30 min
Serves 6



  • 7 oz. ramen noodles
  • 3 chicken breasts
  • 3 eggs
  • 3 spring onions
  • 5 cups poultry stock
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 nori sheet
  • 4 tsp sesame oil




Cook the noodles for 10 minutes in the pot in boiling salted water. Strain.

Cook the eggs for three minutes in boiling water, then peel them.

Chop the spring onions.

Heat the poultry stock in the pot with soy sauce and poach the chicken breasts for 10 minutes. Slice the chicken.

Prepare bowls with the noodles, poultry stock, chicken slices, half of an egg, strips of nori and a drizzle of sesame oil in each bowl.
