Kefta of veal

Preparation time: 15 min
Cooking time: 10 min
Serves 4



  • 1,1 lbs chopped veal
  • 6 chopped mint leaves
  • 1 chopped shallot
  • 1 bunch of radishes
  • 3 tbsp of rapeseed oil
  • 1 tbsp walnut vinegar salt / pepper



In a bowl mix veal, mint, shallot and season.

Heat the pan to 2/3 of the power of the hobs and make the test of the drop of water.

Shape meatballs and place in pan.

Fare color all sides of the balls and deglaze with a 1/2 glass of water.

Reduce the heat to 1/3 and finish cooking 5 minutes.

Grate radishes and then season with rapeseed oil, vinegar, salt and pepper.
