Picodon skewers

Serves 4



  • 2 picodons (goats-milk cheese)
  • 8 bacon slices
  • 1 yellow bell pepper
  • 8 cherry tomatoes
  • 2 Tbsp olive oil



Stem, seed and cut the bell pepper into 1 inch-squares.
Cut the cheeses in 4 equal pieces.
Wrap each piece of cheese with 1 slice bacon.
Thread a tomato, a bell pepper square, 1 piece of wrapped cheese on 4 skewers and repeat one more time.
Heat the Plancha to 2/3 of the maximum power. Test the heat using the « water drop » technique, add the oil.
Cook the skewers 1 minute on each side.

Tip : you can use long rosemary stems as skewers to maximize the cheese flavor.
