Serves 6



  • 10 medium white potatoes
  • 2 finely sliced onions
  • 1 chopped garlic clove
  • 5 slices of bacon cut in diced
  • 7 oz Reblochon cheese
  • 7 fl oz heavy cream
  • Salt & pepper




Peel and dice potatoes.

Heat the sauté pan on medium heat for 1 minute and brown the bacon and onions.

Add the diced potatoes and garlic and cook for 5 minutes, stirring regularly.

Add the cream and simmer for 2 minutes, then season with salt and pepper to taste.

Slice the Reblochon cheese and layer it over the potatoes.

Bake for 45 minutes at 350°F (180°C).
