1 Grate the carrots, parsnips and the potato.
2 Beat the eggs in a mixing bowl, add corn starch, cumin and grated vegetables, then add salt.
3 Heat the frying pan to 2/3 of the maximum power of your stove and arrange carrot mixture in small circles.
4 Cook for 3–4 min on each side.
Tip: Serve your rösti with an herb flavored cream cheese.
