2 / In a bowl, mix the oats, the nuts and the corn flakes.
3 / Put the sugar and honey in the pan then heat over medium heat.
4 / Cook for 2 minutes with a simmer, stirring then pour over the dry mixture.
5 / Mix carefully to properly wrap the honey preparation.
6 / Distribute the mixture in a rectangular dish, packing well and put 30 minutes in fridge.
7 / Unmold and cut into a rectangle.
