Cheese naans
Ingredients
- 4 cups of flour
- 1 cup of water
- 1 yogurt
- 0.4 oz of baking yeast
- 1 tblsp of olive oil
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 pinch of sugar
Recipe
1 / In the mixer bowl or a salad bowl, put the flour, salt and sugar.
2 / Mix the yeast with a little water and add to the flour.
3 / Pour the yogurt, water and oil then knead 10 minutes.
4 / Let grow for 1 hour 30 minutes at room temperature under a damp cloth.
5 / Form a dozen balls and flatten them into patties.
6 / Heat the pan to 2/3 the power of the plate with a spoon of oil and cook the naans 5 minutes on each side.
