Chicken, avocado and cheddar wrap
- 6 wholemeal tortillas
- 4 chicken breasts
- 2 avocados
- 12 cheddar slices
- 1 tbsp chopped cilantro
1/ Cut the chicken into cubes. Peel the avocados and cut into cubes.
2/ In a bowl, combine the chicken, avocado and cilantro. Season.
3/ On each tortilla, place two slices of cheddar then spread the chicken mixture in the center of each tortilla.
4/ Roll up the tortillas to seal them.
5/ Heat the frying pan over medium heat and brown the tortillas for 2 min on each side.
6/ Cook for a further 15 min over low heat, turning regularly.
Tip: If you like the combination of sweet and savory, add cubes of mango to the mix
