1 Cook the noodles for 10 minutes in the pot in boiling salted water. Strain.
2 Cook the eggs for three minutes in boiling water, then peel them.
3 Chop the spring onions.
4 Heat the poultry stock in the pot with soy sauce and poach the chicken breasts for 10 minutes. Slice the chicken.
5 Prepare bowls with the noodles, poultry stock, chicken slices, half of an egg, strips of nori and a drizzle of sesame oil in each bowl.
