Ingredients

  • 7 oz. ramen noodles
  • 3 chicken breasts
  • 3 eggs
  • 3 spring onions
  • 5 cups poultry stock
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 nori sheet
  • 4 tsp sesame oil

Recipe

Chicken Ramen

1/ Cook the noodles for 10 minutes in the pot in boiling salted water. Strain.

2/ Cook the eggs for three minutes in boiling water, then peel them.

3/ Chop the spring onions.

4/ Heat the poultry stock in the pot with soy sauce and poach the chicken breasts for 10 minutes. Slice the chicken.

5/ Prepare bowls with the noodles, poultry stock, chicken slices, half of an egg, strips of nori and a drizzle of sesame oil in each bowl.
