Chicken thigh with sesame seeds
- 4 chicken thighs
- 1 chopped onion
- 3 fl. oz. soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 4 teaspoons balsamic vinegar
- 4 tablespoons sesame seeds
Preheat the oven to 320°F (160°C).
1/ Heat the frying pan to 2/3 of the maximum power of your stove, and test the heat using the 'water drop' technique.
2/ Brown the chicken thighs on each side and finish cooking for 15 minutes in the oven.
3/ Put the frying pan back on the stove after removing it from the oven and pour the soy sauce, balsamic vinegar and honey into the pan.
4/ Coat the chicken thighs with the mixture. Add the sesame seeds to finish.
5/ Serve with rice.
