Preheat the oven to 320°F (160°C).
1 Heat the frying pan to 2/3 of the maximum power of your stove, and test the heat using the 'water drop' technique.
2 Brown the chicken thighs on each side and finish cooking for 15 minutes in the oven.
3 Put the frying pan back on the stove after removing it from the oven and pour the soy sauce, balsamic vinegar and honey into the pan.
4 Coat the chicken thighs with the mixture. Add the sesame seeds to finish.
5 Serve with rice.
