Chorizo and Potato Tacos
Ingredients
- 6 corn tortillas
- 1 cup diced potatoes
- 1 ½ cup ground meat
- 1 chopped onion
- 1 cup diced tomatoes
- ½ cup diced chorizo
- 2 tbsp chopped cilantro
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- salt & pepper
Recipe
1 Heat the frying pan using 2/3 of the maximum power of your stove and cook the potatoes with one tablespoon of olive oil for 20 minutes.
2 Set aside the potatoes and add the onion and meat to the pan. Cook for 10 minutes.
3 Add tomatoes, and cook 10 minutes, then add the cilantro, chorizo and potatoes.
4 Cook for 5 more minutes and adjust seasoning if needed.
5 Fill the corn tortillas.
