Flognarde with apricots, almonds and lavender

Ingredients

  • 22 oz of apricots
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup of flour
  • 60 cl of milk
  • ¼ cup of brown sugar
  • ¼ cup of flaked almonds
  • Lavender flowers

Recipe

Preheat the oven to 390°F.

1 / In a bowl mix the flour, sugar, eggs and milk.

2 / Cut the apricots and distribute them in 6 mini fryingpan.

3 / Cover with the previous mixture then sprinkle with almonds and lavender flowers.

4 / Bake 30 minutes in the oven.
