Fluffy Pancakes

Ingredients

  • Eggs: 2
  • Milk: 150ml
  • Flour: 125g
  • Baking powder: 1 tablespoon
  • Sugar: 2 tablespoons
  • Vanilla: 1 pod
  • Chocolate chips: 45g
  • 1 pinch of salt

Recipe

  1. Separate the egg whites and yolks
  2. In a bowl, mix the egg yolks with the milk and the vanilla
  3. In a second bowl, mix the flour with the salt and baking powder
  4. Whisk the egg whites until stiff
  5. Combine the egg yolk mixture with the flour mixture, and slowly add the beaten egg whites
  6. Let the mixture sit for 30 minutes
  7. In a frying pan with a non-stick coating, cook the pancakes
