Fluffy Pancakes
Ingredients
- Eggs: 2
- Milk: 150ml
- Flour: 125g
- Baking powder: 1 tablespoon
- Sugar: 2 tablespoons
- Vanilla: 1 pod
- Chocolate chips: 45g
- 1 pinch of salt
Recipe
- Separate the egg whites and yolks
- In a bowl, mix the egg yolks with the milk and the vanilla
- In a second bowl, mix the flour with the salt and baking powder
- Whisk the egg whites until stiff
- Combine the egg yolk mixture with the flour mixture, and slowly add the beaten egg whites
- Let the mixture sit for 30 minutes
- In a frying pan with a non-stick coating, cook the pancakes
