1 Cut the artichoke hearts into small wedges and steam them for 8 minutes.
2 Cut the lemon in half.
3 Heat the frying pan to 2/3 of the maximum power of your stove and add olive oil.
4 Place the two lemon halves face down in the pan and brown for 2 minutes.
5 Add the artichokes and garlic and continue cooking for 6 to 8 minutes, stirring regularly.
6 Season with salt and pepper and squeeze the lemons just before serving.
Tip: Add crushed hazelnuts to make your dish crunchier.
