Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C).
1 Melt the butter in the pan on medium heat.
2 Remove pan from heat and slowly stir in sugar, then flour, with a spatula.
3 Slowly incorporate the eggs until the dough is smooth.
4 Spread the dough evenly on the bottom of the pan and sprinkle with white chocolate chips and almond flakes.
5 Place the pan in the oven and bake for 20 minutes.
Tip: Serve your cookies with a scoop of coconut or vanilla ice cream.
