- 6 burger buns
- 6 fresh beef patties
- 12 cheddar slices
- 12 slices of thick-cut bacon (pork belly)
- 3 sliced tomatoes
- 6 romaine lettuce leaves
- Onion(s) sliced into 18 rings
1/ Heat the frying pan to 2/3 of the maximum power of your stove, and test the heat using the 'water drop' technique.
2/ Brown the thick-cut bacon and place on paper towel.
3/ Season the patties and cook in the pan according to taste.
4/ Assembly: Put ketchup on the bottom half of the bun, followed by lettuce, tomato, a patty, cheddar, sliced onion, grilled bacon and cover with the top bun.
5/ You can put the burgers in the oven for 2 minutes to melt the cheese.
