Grandma's egg casserole


- 4 eggs
- 4 tbsp of heavy cream
- 4 slices of grilled bacon
- Salt & pepper


Preheat the oven to 320°F.

1 In each mini casserole dish put a spoon of heavy cream then a slice of bacon and break an egg over it.

2 Season and place in the oven in a bain-marie.

3 Cook for about 8 minutes.
