Grilled calamari with garlic, lemon and sun-dried tomatoes

Ingredients

  • 4 squids, cleaned
  • 1 chopped garlic clove
  • 1 tbsp chopped parsley
  • 1 tbsp chopped preserved lemon
  • 2 tbsp chopped sun-dried tomatoes
  • 4 tbsp olive oil
  • salt/pepper

Recipe

1 Marinate the squids for 30 minutes in olive oil, garlic, parsley, lemon and sun-dried tomatoes.

2 Heat the frying pan to 2/3 of the maximum power of your stove, and test the heat using the 'water drop' technique.

3 Grill the squids for 5 minutes on each side and season.
