Grilled salmon burger

Ingredients

  • 5 oz salmon fillet
  • 6 burger buns
  • 2 avocados, not too ripe
  • 6 lettuce leaves
  • 1 tbsp. chopped preserved lemon
  • 1 oz sun dried tomatoes
  • 1 tbsp. olive oil

Recipe

1 Dice the salmon fillet into small cubes and mix with the preserved lemon. Season.

2 Using a mold, make 6 salmon patties.

3 Peel and cut the avocado into thin slices.

4 Heat the grill to 2/3 of the maximum power of your stove, and test the heat using the “water drop” technique.

5 Add the oil and place the salmon patties.

6 Cook for 2 minutes and flip with a large stainless-steel spatula. Once flipped, cook for 2 more minutes.

7 Cut the burger bun in half and on the bottom half place a leaf of lettuce, a salmon patty, avocado slices and a bit of sun dried tomato.

8 Place the top part of the bun and enjoy!

 

Tip: try it with a Greek yogurt and chopped dill sauce.
