1 Dilute the yeast in a little water.
2 Add the salt to the flour, then add the water, yeast, olives and oil and knead for 5 minutes.
3 Form a ball and leave to rest for 30 min, covered with a damp dishcloth.
4 Work the dough again to form a uniform ball and place in the already floured pot.
5 Make notches on the bread using a knife, then close the lid.
6 Bake at 445°F (230°C) for 45 min.
