Preheat the oven to 180°C - 350°F (gas mark 4)
1 Peel and finely slice the apples and pears using a mandoline slicer.
2 Mix together the eggs, sugar, flour, milk and cream in a bowl.
3 Add the sliced fruit to the previous mixture and coat well.
4 Pour into the frying pan, arrange the sliced fruit, and cook in the oven for 30 minutes.
