Moist apple and pear cake
- 2 apples
- 2 pears
- 2 eggs
- 5 oz flour
- 5 oz sugar
- 4 fl oz light cream
- 4 fl oz milk
Preheat the oven to 180°C - 350°F (gas mark 4)
1/ Peel and finely slice the apples and pears using a mandoline slicer.
2/ Mix together the eggs, sugar, flour, milk and cream in a bowl.
3/ Add the sliced fruit to the previous mixture and coat well.
4/ Pour into the frying pan, arrange the sliced fruit, and cook in the oven for 30 minutes.
