Orange and grapefruit crepe skewers

Orange and grapefruit crepe skewers


  • 7 oz flour
  • 8 oz sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 oz melted butter
  • 1 cup milk
  • 4 oz water
  • 1 grapefruit
  • 1 orange
  • 5 oz orange marmalade


1 In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, sugar, eggs and milk.

2 Incorporate the butter and water and let the mixture rest for at least 30 minutes.

3 Meanwhile, peel the grapefruit and orange with a knife.

4 Collect the segments and set aside.

5 Heat the crepe pan to 2/3 of the maximum power of your stove and cook the crepes.

6 Spread marmalade on each crepe and roll them up like a cigar.

7 Cut 1 inch lengths and thread them onto skewers, alternating with the citrus segments.
