Orange and grapefruit crepe skewers
- 7 oz flour
- 8 oz sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 oz melted butter
- 1 cup milk
- 4 oz water
- 1 grapefruit
- 1 orange
- 5 oz orange marmalade
1/ In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, sugar, eggs and milk.
2/ Incorporate the butter and water and let the mixture rest for at least 30 minutes.
3/ Meanwhile, peel the grapefruit and orange with a knife.
4/ Collect the segments and set aside.
5/ Heat the crepe pan to 2/3 of the maximum power of your stove and cook the crepes.
6/ Spread marmalade on each crepe and roll them up like a cigar.
7/ Cut 1 inch lengths and thread them onto skewers, alternating with the citrus segments.
