1 Heat butter in the frying pan to 1/3 of the maximum power of your stove.
2 Stir to melt the butter and remove from heat.
3 Add the egg and honey, stir.
4 Add flour and yeast mixture, then return to the stovetop at 1/3 of maximum heat.
5 Cook on low heat for 10 minutes without a lid, then sprinkle walnuts and chocolate over the cookie.
6 Put a lid on the pan and cook for 15 additional minutes.
7 Remove from heat and leave the pan covered for an additional 15 minutes to cool and finish baking.
