Ovenless moist pan-baked cookie
- 5/8 cup flour
- 3 ½ tbsp honey
- 2 tsp yeast
- 1 egg
- 1/3 cup 1 tbsp butter
- ¼ cup crushed walnuts
- 2/3 cup crushed dark and white chocolate
1/ Heat butter in the frying pan to 1/3 of the maximum power of your stove.
2/ Stir to melt the butter and remove from heat.
3/ Add the egg and honey, stir.
4/ Add flour and yeast mixture, then return to the stovetop at 1/3 of maximum heat.
5/ Cook on low heat for 10 minutes without a lid, then sprinkle walnuts and chocolate over the cookie.
6/ Put a lid on the pan and cook for 15 additional minutes.
7/ Remove from heat and leave the pan covered for an additional 15 minutes to cool and finish baking.
