- Peel the apples and pears. Cut them into pieces.
- In an all stainless steel CRISTEL removable-handle frying pan, add the pieces of apple / pear and leave them to cook for 10 /15 mins.
- In a mixing bowl, blend the flour with both types of sugar, the butter, the ground almonds, and the cinnamon with the tips of your fingers. The idea is to create a crumbly texture. Add this mixture over the top of your fruit.
- Cook in a 180°C oven for 20 mins.
