Pear and Apple Crumble


  • 4 apples
  • 4 pears
  • 75 g of flour
  • 30 g of brown sugar
  • 30 g of caster sugar
  • 75 g of butter
  • 75 g of ground almonds
  • 1 pinch of cinnamon


  1. Peel the apples and pears. Cut them into pieces.
  2. In an all stainless steel CRISTEL removable-handle frying pan, add the pieces of apple / pear and leave them to cook for 10 /15 mins.
  3. In a mixing bowl, blend the flour with both types of sugar, the butter, the ground almonds, and the cinnamon with the tips of your fingers. The idea is to create a crumbly texture. Add this mixture over the top of your fruit.
  4. Cook in a 180°C oven for 20 mins.
