- 1 sweet shortcrust pastry dough
- 1 lb fresh plums
- 3 tbsp ground almonds
- 3 tbsp brown sugar
Preheat the oven to 350°F.
1/ Place the pie crust dough in the pan.
2/ Sprinkle the dough with ground almond.
3/ Cut and remove the pits from the plums and place them in the pan in tightly overlapping concentric circles, cut side up.
4/ Sprinkle with brown sugar and bake for 30 minutes.
