1 Heat the pan on medium heat with the butter, add onions and cook for 2 minutes.
2 Add the meat, apricots and spices, and continue cooking for 2 minutes.
3 Place the mixture in a bowl and add the fresh cheese, pine nuts and peach, then season.
4 Cut the filo pastry sheets in three and place mixture at bottom, folding into triangles.
5 Heat the pan on medium heat with a tablespoon of oil and cook the samosas for 3 to 4 minutes on each side.
