- 12 cups potatoes
- 17 fl oz milk
- 5 fl oz heavy cream
- 2 chopped garlic cloves
- 1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
Preheat the oven to 320°F (160°C).
1/ Peel and wash potatoes.
2/ Cut the potatoes into 0.2 inch slices or thinner and place in a large bowl.
3/ Add milk, cream, garlic, nutmeg, salt and mix for 2 minutes until the starch has been extracted from the potatoes and they are well-seasoned.
4/ Pour into the Cristel® sauté pan and bake in the oven for 1 hour after removing the handles.
5/ Serve directly in the baking dish
