Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C).
1 Heat the sauté pan on medium heat with olive oil.
2 Add onions and brown them for 5 minutes, then add the diced pumpkin.
3 Brown the pumpkin for 5–10 minutes, then remove from heat.
4 Mix the eggs, milk and cream in a bowl and season.
5 Pour the mixture over the pumpkin and bake for 35 minutes.
