1 Peel the pineapple with a knife, then cut into four;
2 Heat the pan to 2/3 of the maximum power of your stove with the honey.
3 When the honey starts to caramelize, add the pineapple and lower the heat to 1/3 of the maximum power.
4 Cook for 8 minutes, regularly turning over the pineapple pieces, then add the halved figs.
5 Cook for 2 more minutes, then add the hazelnuts and lime juice.
