Roasted Pineapple and Figs
- 1 pineapple
- 3 fresh figs
- 7 oz. acacia honey
- 1 oz hazelnut kernels
- 1 lime
1/ Peel the pineapple with a knife, then cut into four;
2/ Heat the pan to 2/3 of the maximum power of your stove with the honey.
3/ When the honey starts to caramelize, add the pineapple and lower the heat to 1/3 of the maximum power.
4/ Cook for 8 minutes, regularly turning over the pineapple pieces, then add the halved figs.
5/ Cook for 2 more minutes, then add the hazelnuts and lime juice.
You can serve the fruits with a scoop of ice cream!
