- 3 tomatoes
- ¾ cup green beans
- ½ cup beans
- 2 bell peppers
- 1/4 bunch radishes
- 6 small artichokes
- 8 fillets of anchovies
- 12 basil leaves
- 7 tablespoons olive oil
1/ Wash the vegetables.
2/ Peel off the artichoke leaves, keeping only the flesh. Cut in half.
3/ Remove the stems of the green beans, quarter the bell peppers and remove seeds.
4/ Quarter the tomatoes
5/ Add 4 cups of water to the Cristel saucepan, then attach the steamer and lid.
6/ Set your source of heat to maximum power until boiling, then lower heat to 1/3 of power.
7/ Add the artichokes, beans and green beans to the steamer and cook for 15 minutes.
8/ Presentation: Mix the cooked and raw vegetables, anchovies, basil leaves and season with oil, salt and pepper.
