1 Wash the vegetables.
2 Peel off the artichoke leaves, keeping only the flesh. Cut in half.
3 Remove the stems of the green beans, quarter the bell peppers and remove seeds.
4 Quarter the tomatoes
5 Add 4 cups of water to the Cristel saucepan, then attach the steamer and lid.
6 Set your source of heat to maximum power until boiling, then lower heat to 1/3 of power.
7 Add the artichokes, beans and green beans to the steamer and cook for 15 minutes.
8 Presentation: Mix the cooked and raw vegetables, anchovies, basil leaves and season with oil, salt and pepper.
