Salmon and peas clafoutis


  • 5 lb peas
  • 6 oz smoked salmon
  • 5 fl oz heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 7 oz cornstarch
  • 4 eggs
  • Salt & pepper


1 In a bowl, mix the eggs, cornstarch, milk, heavy cream, and season.

2 Cut the salmon into small pieces and divide into the miniature baking dishes with the peas.

3 Pour the mixture on top and bake for 25 minutes at 350°F (180°C).
