1 Cut the salmon into approximately 3/4 inch by 2 inch pieces (2cm by 5cm).
2 Take 3 wide bowls. Place the cornstarch in one, the beaten eggs in another, and the corn flakes that you have lightly crushed with your hand in the last bowl.
3 Start by rolling the salmon pieces in the cornstarch, then the beaten egg, and finally in the corn flakes.
4 Heat the frying pan to 2/3 of the maximum power of your stove for 1 min and add the oil, then brown the nuggets for 6 to 8 min, turning regularly.
