Steamed chicken breast with ginger and lemon grass
4 chicken breasts
50g of fresh root ginger
2 stalks of lemon grass
Finely chop the lemon grass and the ginger.
Season the chicken with salt and spread the ginger puree over them.
Put the lemon grass and ginger in the Cristel steamer.
Cook the chicken breasts in the steamer for a few minutes until cooked through.
Serve with sautéed vegetables.
