Steamed sea bream with ginger


  • 4 fillets of sea bream
  • 1 oz ginger
  • 1 sweet potato
  • Salt


1 Peel and cut the sweet potato into thin rounds.

2 Season the sea bream fillets and place a piece of ginger on the fish, flesh side up.

3 Roll the fillet starting with the tail.

4 Hold the roll in place using a skewer.

5 Place the sweet potato rounds in the steamer and add the sea bream rolls.

6 Steam for 10 minutes with the lid closed.

Tip: To add even more flavor, you can add ginger to the steaming water
