Steamed sea bream with ginger
- 4 fillets of sea bream
- 1 oz ginger
- 1 sweet potato
1/ Peel and cut the sweet potato into thin rounds.
2/ Season the sea bream fillets and place a piece of ginger on the fish, flesh side up.
3/ Roll the fillet starting with the tail.
4/ Hold the roll in place using a skewer.
5/ Place the sweet potato rounds in the steamer and add the sea bream rolls.
6/ Steam for 10 minutes with the lid closed.
Tip: To add even more flavor, you can add ginger to the steaming water
