1 Peel and dice potatoes.
2 Heat the sauté pan on medium heat for 1 minute and brown the bacon and onions.
3 Add the diced potatoes and garlic and cook for 5 minutes, stirring regularly.
4 Add the cream and simmer for 2 minutes, then season with salt and pepper to taste.
5 Slice the Reblochon cheese and layer it over the potatoes.
6 Bake for 45 minutes at 350°F (180°C).
