Tuna and spinach omelet


  • 3 eggs
  • 7 oz cooked tuna
  • 1 oz baby spinach
  • 4 oz butter
  • Salt / pepper


1 Beat the eggs in a bowl and season with salt and pepper.

2 Heat the frying pan to 2/3 of the maximum power of your stove with the butter.

3 When the butter starts to foam, add the spinach and mix quickly for 30 seconds.

4 Pour the eggs over the spinach, add the pieces of tuna and cook for 2 min.

Tip: You can add some pine nuts for a bit of crunch.
