Yakitori duck skewers
500g of duck breast aiguillettes
2 cloves of garlic
1 large piece of ginger
6cl of soya sauce
1 tablespoon of brown sugar
2 tablespoons of honey
2 tablespoons of Hoisin sauce
2 tablespoons of sherry vinegar
Peel and crush the garlic.
Peel and grate the ginger.
Mix all the marinade ingredients together.
Slice the duck breast aiguillettes into strips.
Marinate the duck for 1 hour in the sauce.
Thread the duck onto the skewers.
Cook them in a hot CRISTEL frying pan, basting regularly with the sauce.
