- 10 fl oz grape seed oil
- 7 oz sugar
- 5 fl oz milk
- 4 eggs
- 13 oz flour
- 4 oz yeast
- 1 oz cocoa
1/ Mix together the oil, sugar, milk and eggs in a bowl.
2/ Divide this mixture into two separate bowls.
3/ Add 7 oz of flour and 0.2 oz of yeast to the first
4/ Add 6 oz of flour, 0.2 oz of yeast and 1 oz cocoa to the second.
5/ Spoon 3 spoonsful of the plain mixture into the centre of the pan and add 3 spoonsful of the cocoa mixture on top.
6/ Repeat this operation until you have used up all the ingredients.
7/ Cook for 40 minutes and leave to cool for 15 minutes before removing from the mould.
