1 Mix together the oil, sugar, milk and eggs in a bowl.
2 Divide this mixture into two separate bowls.
3 Add 7 oz of flour and 0.2 oz of yeast to the first
4 Add 6 oz of flour, 0.2 oz of yeast and 1 oz cocoa to the second.
5 Spoon 3 spoonsful of the plain mixture into the centre of the pan and add 3 spoonsful of the cocoa mixture on top.
6 Repeat this operation until you have used up all the ingredients.
7 Cook for 40 minutes and leave to cool for 15 minutes before removing from the mould.
