Attaching and removing the long handle:
• To attach, place the end of the handle in the slot of one of the cooking utensil, and lower it until the safety lock is engaged (you'll hear a '"click"sound)
• To remove, place the cooking utensil on a stable, flat surface, pull the lock-release button and raise the handle.
Attaching and removing the side handles:
• To attach, place the side handles on the cooking utensil through the slit, with the button facing upward, and push until the lock is engaged.
• To remove, place the cooking utensil on a stable, flat surface, press the button and pull outward.
Safety:
• Side handles must always be used in pairs for recipients with a capacity of more than 3 liters. A side handle and long handle combination should not be used on heavy cooking utensils.
• Under normal usage conditions, handles and grips remain at a moderate temperature. In the event of overheating, use an insulated glove.
• On gas stove, remove handles and side handles while cooking.
• When oven-cooking, do NOT leave the handle inside.
• In the event of a malfunction, bring the item back to your place of purchase for a return to the factory.
• Only Cristel removable handles and side handles should be used.
