I see traces.

The bluish traces are simply a chemical reaction due to the starch present in certain types of foods such as starchy foods.
Solution: Let the white vinegar work

Yellowish traces: This kind of reaction is due to overheating.
We recommend not to exceed 2/3 of the power of your heating plate

Rainbow traces: When cooking vegetables or other food products, colored layers may be formed on stainless steel.
Through in-depth studies that have been conducted in the laboratory, the phenomenon has been reproduced to understand the reason and the impact.
The formation of these colored reflections originates mainly in the magnesium and silicate ions of tap water or food to be cooked in reaction with the oxygen of water or air.
These colored deposits can be avoided by treating tap water to remove magnesium and silicate or by cooking under vacuum to avoid oxygen from the air. However, these solutions are unnecessary as the colored reflections have no ill effects on health, and magnesium and silicate are essential nutrients.
