Steam cooking is the method that best protects vitamins and minerals, because it is a fairly quick process and it avoids any direct contact with water.
Temperature: between 65 and 90°C (between 150 and 195°F)
Gentle cooking, also called slow cooking, or stewing, helps preserve vitamins and minerals while amplifying the taste of food. And this method does not require any added fats for cooking.

This combines gentle cooking and steam cooking. One of its advantages is offering a wider range of flavors and textures while preserving the nutritional qualities and vitamins.
Stainless steel items up to 550°F, Non-stick coated items up to 450°F, glass lids up to 400°F. Handles should not be used in the oven
