Shipping Policy

Currently, products sold on the Cristel® USA website can be delivered to all fifty states, Canada, and Mexico. All shipments originate from our warehouse in Atlanta, Georgia.

 

Orders are processed during weekly business hours. (Monday – Thursday 9AM-5PM and Friday 9AM-3PM) There is an average processing time of 2-3 business days, then an additional 2-5 business days of transit time within the contiguous United States. Business days exclude weekends and holidays.

 

An email containing tracking information will be sent to you when your order has shipped. Orders placed in the states of Georgia and Texas will be subject to sales tax at the applicable rate; Orders placed outside of GA (Georgia) and TX (Texas) are not subject to sales tax.

 

All orders to Canada and Mexico will be subject to customs duties & fees. Duties and fees are charged at a rate determined by the local jurisdiction at point of receipt. Recipient will be notified of, and ultimately responsible for, all applicable duties and fees in order to successfully receive the package in question.

 

We pay the highest attention to indicate availability on our website. Should an item be unavailable, the customer will be notified by email. To ship to multiple addresses, please place separate orders for each location.

 

Upon receipt of your order, please carefully inspect your package. Should there be exterior damage or indicators of mishandling please document the condition of the box then verify the condition of the items inside. Should there be damage resulting from mishandling, please deliver said documentation to customerservice@cristelusa.com.
