Shipping and Delivery
Country of delivery
Currently, products sold on the Cristel USA website can only be delivered to the 48 contiguous United States. For deliveries to Hawaii and Alaska please call us at 770-979-6255 during business hours (9am to 12pm and 2pm to 5pm EST - Monday to Friday).
To purchase our products from Canada, please follow the link CRISTEL outlets where you will find a map locator for the closest store near you.
To purchase our products in other countries, please follow the link CRISTEL outlets on www.cristel.com ; You will find a list of Cristel dealers and retailers for each country where Cristel is present (Don't forget to select a country in the list).
Delivery to your home
We will apply shipping charges per the schedule below under Delivery Charges (applicable per shipping address). You should expect delivery within 5 to 8 business days after placing your order when choosing FedEx Standard Ground, and within 5 business days after placing your order when choosing FedEx Express Saver 3 Day. Business days exclude weekends and holidays. An email containing tracking information will be sent to you when your order has shipped.
The following delivery charge will be applied, depending on the value of your order:
Please note: Orders placed in the states of Georgia and New York will be subject to sales tax at the applicable rate; Orders placed outside of GA (Georgia) and NY (New York) are not subject to sales tax.
Only complete orders will be shipped. We pay the highest attention to indicate availability of products on our website, should an item be unavailable, the customer will be notified by email and indicating to cancel the item from the order or wait until the entire order is complete before shipping.
To ship to multiple addresses, please place separate orders for each location.
For shipping, Cristel USA has partnered with FedEx Ground and FedEx Express.
- Orders are delivered from Monday to Friday to your location.
Please carefully inspect your order at reception, in presence of the carrier. If you see physical damage and/or holes, etc. please contact the carrier and follow the process.
Transport-related risks are covered by Cristel provided that the buyer checks the merchandise upon reception and, if necessary, files a complaint with the carrier within 48 hours:
- write down what you notice, as accurately and with as much detail as possible, regarding missing or damaged products (writing "under condition of opening the package" has no legal force) on the delivery slip for the merchandise and ask the driver to countersign them (the driver is not required to respond to this request);
- notify FedEx Ground or FedEx Express of your complaint by registered letter with recorded delivery, within two days of receiving the package and send a copy to us:

- Once FedEx has agreed to cover the damaged package, we will ship you a replacement products.
