How should I care for the non-stick coating on my CRISTEL® cookware?

How should I care for the non-stick coating on my CRISTEL® cookware?
  • Do not use metal utensils – use nylon utensils instead;
  • Always cook on low or medium heat and, importantly, never place non-stick Exceliss® cookware under the grill; 
  • Do not use abrasive cleaning products or pads;
  • Avoid using oil spray, which is not recommended as micro-drops can impregnate the surface and form build-ups.
