Apple, maroilles cheese and speculoos crumble

Preparation time: 15 min

Serves 4

 

 INGREDIENTS

  • 4 Granny Smith apples
  • 7 oz maroilles cheese
  • 4 speculoos biscuits
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 4 finely chopped sage leaves


METHOD

 

Preheat the oven to 365°F (180°C)

 

Peel and cut the apples into quarters.

Sauté the apples for 5 minutes in a frying pan with butter and divide them into mini stewpots.

Sprinkle with sage and top with slices of maroilles cheese.

Crumble the speculoos biscuits over the top and bake for 3 to 4 min. 

Tip: For even more originality, add cranberries to the mixture.
